“I love to transform bare sheets of metal into small, handcrafted, wearable works of art. I use my hands, tools and fire to forge the metal, and add rich texture and color with etching, fire, patinas and enamels. Each unique, handcrafted piece is inspired by the colors of the rainbow.”

My favorite tool is the palette knife. Big, juicy, bold strokes can be made in oils or acrylics. The palette knife lends to abstract angles in painting, especially in landscapes. With oil and cold wax on paper for abstract collages, the palette knife tools come in handy along with rollers.
