    AGREEMENT This is a mutual agreement between WVAL and the artist. Artists will receive 90% of the sale price of each artwork sold and WVAL will receive 10% commission. WVAL will collect, report, and pay sales taxes to the State of Texas. RELEASE 1. The undersigned does for him or herself, their heirs and assigns, hereby waive, release and discharge WIMBERLEY VALLEY ART LEAGUE (WVAL), WIMBERLEY SENIOR CITIZENS ACTIVITIES INC. (WSCAI), WIMBERLEY COMMUNITY CENTER (WCC), AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND THE CITY OF WIMBERLEY, THEIR MEMBERS OR AGENTS from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever, in law and equity for any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property and for any personal liability. 2. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that neither WVAL, WSCAL, WCC OR CITY OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, OR AGENTS will provide any security or protection for entries and their display will be at the sole risk of the artist. 3. The undersigned grants permission to Wimberley Valley Art League or its agents to photograph their entries only for use in show publicity. 4. Participants must volunteer at least 3 hours. Final schedules will be emailed to each participant.

    Please check each area where you can participate.
    Setting up the venue, including setting up display panels, hanging art, setting up the sales table and chairs, and setting up the reception table. An individual(s) with a truck is needed to pick up panels from the WVAL storage facility and transport them to the Wimberley Community Center.
    Helping with the Friday night reception, contributing a savory finger food, and/or serving wine, and helping set-up or serve at the buffet table.
    Individuals will be available for a three-hour shift to greet gallery guests and answer any questions they may have.
    Approximately 4 people are needed for each three-hour shift, to write up tickets, figure sales tax, take money, process credit card transactions for art that is sold.
    Floaters will fill in where needed
    Removing unsold art from the panels, taking down panels. An individual(s) with a truck is needed to take panels back to the WVAL storage facility.
